Pacific Rainbank Systems is built on practical plumbing expertise, disciplined operations and a commitment to systems people can rely on. We believe the details matter, accountability is non-negotiable and the relationship does not end at installation.
Every installation is led by Paul Neville, a Red Seal-certified plumber with more than 25 years of experience. His role spans system design, installation, commissioning and service, including the plumbing details that become critical when stored rainwater interfaces with household systems.
